Album Notes & Community Reviews
The title track strands a Somerset farmworker in Paris pining for cider, and the album closes out the band's run of 1970s LPs before a five year gap to 'Freshly Cut'. It also includes 'You Don't Get Drunk on a Saturday Night' and 'I Got My Beady Little Eye on Thee', the latter also cut as a demo single that stayed unreleased.
