Album Notes & Community Reviews
Recorded while Phil Lynott was recovering from a severe bout of hepatitis, 'Johnny the Fox' arrived a mere seven months after the massive success of 'Jailbreak'. The album retains their fiercely energetic, impeccably melodic hard rock formula, delivering highly playful, intensely romantic twin-guitar anthems with a distinctly triumphant, remarkably rhythmic swagger.
