Album Notes & Community Reviews

Expanding upon the sun-baked, desert-rock aesthetic of their earlier material, this release sees the California band integrating darker, more expansive arrangements. Guy Kyser's strained, evocative vocals intertwine with dual-guitar attacks that draw equally from post-punk dissonance and sprawling psychedelia. The result is a tense, cinematic album that remains highly regarded within the alternative underground.
