Album Notes & Community Reviews

Recorded shortly after their relocation from Iowa to San Francisco, 'Tangle' introduces the deeply eccentric avant-rock stylings of the enigmatic collective. The album is a chaotic, lo-fi collage of jagged post-punk rhythms, tape manipulations, and absurd lyrical non-sequiturs. It perfectly encapsulates the bizarre, fractured aesthetic that would make them legends of the 1990s experimental indie scene.
