Album Notes & Community Reviews

Shifting away from the progressive space-rock elements of their debut, Jared Leto and company adopt a more immediate, heavily melodic post-hardcore sound. Produced by Josh Abraham, the record relies on arena-sized choruses and polished studio dynamics that propelled the group into mainstream alternative rock prominence.
