Serpents and Shallows

Album Notes & Community Reviews

Marking their second full-length collaboration in the same year, 'Serpents and Shallows' pushes the duo's sound into darker and more abrasive territory. The album leans heavily into its noise and industrial influences, creating a crushing and nocturnal atmosphere built on heavy drone textures and harsh sonic abrasion. Amidst the maelstrom, otay:onii's vocal performance shifts from haunting whispers to visceral screams, enhancing the album's raw, improvisational power.
