Album Notes & Community Reviews
Utilizing heavily treated recordings of massive orchestral gongs, the German multimedia artist's sophomore release operates at the absolute extremes of sonic minimalism. The glacial, nearly sub-audible drone frequencies are engineered to evoke the isolating, freezing expanse of the Arctic, pioneering the stylistic boundaries of isolationist ambient music.
