Album Notes & Community Reviews

Arriving exactly two decades after their groundbreaking debut, 'Explosions' finds the Canadian rock radio staples continuing their reliable output of angsty, arena-ready anthems. Matt Walst delivers highly emotional vocal performances over thick, driving guitars, grappling with feelings of isolation and existential dread heavily colored by the global pandemic. The album reinforced their enduring popularity within the active rock format.
