Album Notes & Community Reviews

Recorded at J Mascis's Bisquiteen studio in Massachusetts, the Sonic Youth frontman delivered a surprisingly delicate and acoustic-driven solo effort. Featuring contributions from Steve Shelley and violinist Samara Lubelski, the record highlights his intricate fingerpicking and melodic sensibilities away from his signature torrential noise.
