Charmer

Album Notes & Community Reviews

Following a massive internal rift that resulted in three members departing immediately after recording, the remaining duo delivers a beautifully melancholic, remarkably cohesive emo-pop record. 'Charmer' seamlessly balances their classic, high-energy pop-punk guitar work with remarkably lush, dream-pop synthesizer textures and deeply vulnerable, highly anxious lyricism. It serves as a wonderfully melodic, profoundly soft, and surprisingly triumphant release.
