Album Notes & Community Reviews

The Minnesota-based trio perfects their highly energetic, math-rock-infused brand of Midwest emo on their widely praised third album. The record relies on Dylan Mattheisen's dizzying, finger-tapped guitar riffs and incredibly impassioned, yelled vocals detailing suburban anxiety and romantic heartbreak. It stands as a defining, relentlessly catchy cornerstone of the modern emo revival.
