Album Notes & Community Reviews

Renowned for his distinctively dark, rasping trumpet tone, the Polish jazz giant leads a highly proficient trio through a moody, lyrical set of post-bop originals. The recording balances rigorous European free jazz impulses with a profound, melancholic sense of melody and vast acoustic space.
