Album Notes & Community Reviews

The celebrated Polish jazz trumpeter reunites his young, highly intuitive acoustic quartet for another deeply melancholic ECM release. Stanko's distinctively breathy, lyrical trumpet lines float effortlessly above the group's subtle, nocturnal improvisations, creating a masterfully restrained, atmospheric jazz meditation.
