Album Notes & Community Reviews
The legendary pioneer of the Afrobeat drum pattern returned with a remarkably innovative, distinctly modern solo album. 'Black Voices' brilliantly updates his incredibly complex, polyrhythmic drumming style by seamlessly incorporating prominent dub basslines and sophisticated nu jazz electronic production techniques.
