Album Notes & Community Reviews
Immersing himself in the cutting-edge sounds of American R&B and early hip-hop, the Japanese city pop icon heavily integrates sampling and turntable scratching. The upbeat, relentlessly funky record captures the vibrant, neon-lit excess of Japan's booming bubble economy era.
