Album Notes & Community Reviews

Facing the monumental task of following up their Grammy-sweeping previous release, Toto shifted toward a considerably heavier, guitar-oriented hard rock sound. The album marks the brief tenure of vocalist Fergie Frederiksen, whose soaring tenor perfectly suited the slick, arena-ready production. While it failed to match the astronomical sales of 'Toto IV', it remains a beloved artifact among AOR enthusiasts.
