Album Notes & Community Reviews

Co-produced by her husband Robert Fripp, who also provides intricate guitar work, Toyah Willcox's conceptual art pop album delves into themes of female subjugation and Shakespearean tragedy. The progressive arrangements and dark, atmospheric textures mark a significant mature evolution from her earlier new wave material.
