Album Notes & Community Reviews

Concluding a five-year hiatus, the Scottish quartet re-emerged with a remarkably polished and subdued collection of their signature acoustic-driven pop-rock. Opting to record partially in Norway and New York, the album emphasizes highly melodic, gently melancholic songwriting, relying heavily on Fran Healy's warm, comforting tenor vocal delivery.
