Album Notes & Community Reviews

Introducing a uniquely husky, expressive voice to the Brazilian music scene, 'Meu eu' stands as Tuca's brilliant debut. The album merges the sophisticated, hushed acoustic rhythms of bossa nova with heavily orchestrated, dramatic pop arrangements. Her striking compositions and somewhat unconventional vocal style hinted at the immense, genre-defying MPB talent she would soon become.
