Album Notes & Community Reviews

The highly eclectic debut album from the Australian quintet brilliantly synthesizes the hyper-aggressive drop-tuned guitars of the modern djent movement with wildly disparate genre detours. The compositions jarringly transition from intensely heavy, complex metalcore breakdowns directly into laid-back reggae grooves, jazz-fusion interludes, and Latin acoustic passages. It is a remarkably playful, flawlessly executed celebration of avant-garde alternative metal that garnered immense global attention.
