Album Notes & Community Reviews
A pivotal album for Scott Hansen's project, 'Awake' marks the first time Tycho was recorded as a full three-piece band. This shift brought a new live energy and dynamic interplay to his signature sound, blending warm, nostalgic synthesizer melodies and chillwave textures with the driving rhythms of post-rock. The result is a beautifully melodic, uplifting, and meticulously crafted album that became a cornerstone of the genre.
