Album Notes & Community Reviews
Breaking away from the cover songs of their previous massive hit record, UB40 returned entirely to original songwriting on 'Geffery Morgan ...'. The album seamlessly blends their signature mellow reggae rhythms with polished pop sensibilities and subtle sociopolitical lyricism. It successfully sustained their chart momentum while reaffirming their distinctively British approach to Jamaican musical forms.
