Album Notes & Community Reviews

New Zealand's Ulcerate crafts a suffocating, atmospheric brand of death metal on this landmark release. The music is dissonant, technical, and relentlessly heavy, often slowing down to a sludge-like crawl. It is a bleak and crushing listening experience that pushes the boundaries of the genre.
