Compiled from several improvisational performances given at the Red Bull Music Academy festival, the Norwegian chameleons plunged heavily into austere electronic minimalism. The album abandons traditional vocal structures entirely, focusing instead on ominous, mechanized synthesizers and dark ambient drones that reflect a profoundly cold, post-industrial soundscape.
