IC-01 Hanoi

Recorded during the same sessions that yielded 'Sex & Food', this entirely instrumental album was captured while the band tracked at Phu Sa Studios in Hanoi, Vietnam. The incredibly loose, heavily improvisational record merges their signature fuzzy, psychedelic funk grooves with avant-garde jazz and traditional Vietnamese instrumentation provided by local musician Minh Nguyen. It acts as a fascinatingly complex, highly hypnotic companion piece to their mainstream output.
