Album Notes & Community Reviews

Uriah Heep's 'Conquest' introduced vocalist John Sloman and reflected the band's attempt to modernize its hard rock sound for the early 1980s. The album retains traces of their progressive past while leaning toward a smoother and more radio-conscious AOR presentation.
