Album Notes & Community Reviews

Formed by Paradise Lost guitarist Greg Mackintosh as an outlet for his grief following his father's passing, Vallenfyre returns with a devastating homage to old-school Swedish death metal and British crust punk. 'Splinters' was recorded with Kurt Ballou at GodCity Studio, ensuring a gritty, terrifyingly heavy tone courtesy of the iconic Boss HM-2 distortion pedal. The record is a merciless, uncompromising display of raw musical nihilism.
