Album Notes & Community Reviews

Drawing heavy inspiration from the 'Uncle Remus' folktales of Joel Chandler Harris, this ambitious project serves as a conceptual musical theatrical piece. Parks utilizes lush, highly intricate orchestral arrangements that blend Broadway theatricality, bluegrass, and classical Americana. It stands as a whimsical yet profound continuation of his lifelong mission to document and reinterpret the roots of American vernacular music.
