Album Notes & Community Reviews

Returning to a highly acoustic, deeply pastoral sound after years of slick pop production, Van Morrison crafted a profoundly spiritual and meditative masterpiece. The album features incredibly lush string and woodwind arrangements that beautifully frame his passionate, soul-searching vocal performances. 'No Guru, No Method, No Teacher' is a soothing, nocturnal, and deeply introspective return to his classic singer-songwriter form.
