Album Notes & Community Reviews

Recorded at the Trident club in Sausalito, this highly infectious trio session capitalizes on the massive success of the pianist's recent hit 'Cast Your Fate to the Wind.' Accompanied by bassist Fred Marshall and drummer Colin Bailey, the group delivers effortlessly breezy, rhythmically buoyant interpretations of standard repertoire and burgeoning Brazilian bossa nova grooves. It is a quintessential, deeply charming document of the accessible West Coast cool jazz style.
