Album Notes & Community Reviews

Utilizing a conceptual focus on a fictionalized version of the Southeast Asian nation, the record integrates traditional Latin rhythmic motifs and exotica influences into a dream-pop framework. The production emphasizes a hazy and primarily melodic soundscape characterized by its use of crystalline synthesizer textures and bossa nova phrasing. It conceptually investigation themes of geographical isolation and the search for spiritual harmony through a highly produced and often aquatic lens.
