Rakka II

Continuing directly from his 2020 release 'Rakka', the revered Finnish electronic producer Sasu Ripatti further abstracts his brutal, nature-inspired power noise aesthetic. Intended to evoke the harsh, terrifying climate of the Arctic tundra, the record assaults the listener with violently chaotic, atonal bass frequencies and severely broken rhythmic structures. It stands as an incredibly punishing, highly challenging masterclass in post-industrial sound design.
