Album Notes & Community Reviews

The eccentric British collective unleashes a deeply surreal, wildly unpredictable exploration of avant-folk and free improvisation. 'The One Burned Ma' eschews traditional song structures, relying on cacophonous acoustic instrumentation, tape manipulation, and bizarre vocal performances. The incredibly dense, chaotic recording perfectly encapsulates the group's highly theatrical, ritualistic approach to experimental sound.
