Serving as the final studio album before their initial disbandment, 'Opus Mortis VIII' is a fittingly brutal conclusion to the Swedish veterans' career. The record delivers uncompromising, old-school death metal characterized by relentless blast beats, buzzsaw guitar tones, and guttural roars.
