Sleepify

Album Notes & Community Reviews

'Sleepify' is a notorious conceptual stunt and silent album concocted by the American funk band to creatively exploit Spotify's royalty calculation system. The release consists of ten tracks of pure silence, which the band urged fans to stream on loop while sleeping to fund an upcoming free tour. The highly publicized protest successfully generated significant revenue before the streaming platform ultimately removed the album for violating its terms of service.
