Album Notes & Community Reviews

Deliberately abandoning the darker, highly conceptual themes of their recent work, Blackie Lawless steered W.A.S.P. directly back toward the notoriously vulgar shock rock of their early career[cite: 1]. 'Helldorado' is a remarkably primitive, intentionally simple celebration of extreme sleaze and hedonism, completely driven by driving, high-energy hard rock and heavy metal anthems[cite: 1].
