Album Notes & Community Reviews

In their final studio outing, the Los Angeles eccentric rock pioneers attempted to merge their quirky, synth-driven Americana with a more accessible production polish. 'Happy Planet' balances Andy Prieboy's theatrical vocal narratives with prominent keyboards and twangy guitar flourishes. Despite featuring a bizarre, upbeat cover of the Beach Boys' 'Do It Again', the album failed to capture mainstream attention, leading to the group's dissolution.
