Album Notes & Community Reviews
Concluding an ambitious thematic trilogy, 'Ludwig, un Roi pour l'Eternit茅' dedicates its sweeping compositions to the tragic life of Ludwig II of Bavaria. The French group completely eschews percussion and bass, relying instead on lush interplay between violin, synthesizers, and classical guitar. The resulting soundscape is an ethereal, highly cinematic blend of romantic classical music and ambient electronic rock.
