Album Notes & Community Reviews

Comprised of Kiki Hitomi and Shigeru Ishihara (DJ Scotch Egg), the duo issues a delightfully disorienting fusion of traditional Japanese folk elements and global club music. The hyperactive project utilizes 8-bit synthesizers, tribal polyrhythms, and traditional Min'yō vocal styles to construct a surreal, borderless electronic landscape.
