Album Notes & Community Reviews

Nathan Williams' fifth studio album delivers a blast of hyperactive, meticulously polished pop-punk, moving firmly away from the murky lo-fi surf aesthetics of his early work. Beneath the incredibly infectious, upbeat guitar hooks, the lyricism remains bleak, aggressively detailing severe depression, relationship dysfunction, and substance abuse. The juxtaposition provides a sugar-coated delivery system for intense millennial angst.
