Album Notes & Community Reviews
Originating from Asheville, North Carolina, the indie rock quintet merges heavy, distorted shoegaze guitars with deeply evocative, Southern-inflected lyricism. Singer Karly Hartzman's evocative vocal delivery cuts through walls of fuzz, exploring nostalgic memory and bittersweet adolescent experiences in a distinctly rural American context.
