Album Notes & Community Reviews
Yankovic's second album secured his status as a mainstream pop-culture fixture, largely propelled by the Michael Jackson parody 'Eat It'. The record successfully transitioned him from a niche Dr. Demento novelty act to a highly produced, MTV-ready comedic force. Alongside the parodies, it features impressive original pastiches that demonstrate the backing band's remarkable musical versatility.
