Album Notes & Community Reviews

Following their highly publicized departure from Prince's Revolution, the talented duo immediately established their own formidable, sophisticated pop identity. 'Wendy and Lisa' masterfully blends the complex, synthesized funk of the Minneapolis Sound with highly melodic pop-rock and deeply intricate vocal harmonies. The critically acclaimed debut proved their essential creative prowess beyond their former bandleader's shadow.
