Album Notes & Community Reviews

Produced by the eccentric American impresario Kim Fowley, the sophomore album by this pioneering Finnish group leans into an idiosyncratic, highly melodic strain of progressive rock. Driven by the dual songwriting forces of Jukka Gustavson and Jim Pembroke, the intricate arrangements cleverly fuse jazz complexities with Beatlesque pop sensibilities. It played a major role in establishing the band as a dominant force in the Nordic rock scene.
