Album Notes & Community Reviews
The young artist's second studio album represents a startling pivot towards acoustic, chamber folk-inspired singer-songwriter material. Eschewing the alternative R&B of her previous work, the warm, lush arrangements frame highly passionate and sentimental lyrics exploring existentialism and coming-of-age introspection. It showcased a profound artistic maturation and an eclectic approach to modern folk pop.
