Album Notes & Community Reviews

The debut from the English black metal ensemble immediately sets the template for their career-long exploration of British history and folklore. The sweeping, tremolo-picked melodies and mid-tempo, pagan-influenced atmospheres established them alongside Forefather as leaders in the Anglo-Saxon metal movement.
