Album Notes & Community Reviews

The eleventh studio album by the post-punk pioneers is their first without founding guitarist Bruce Gilbert, resulting in a significantly sleeker, more melodic sound. The band heavily utilizes synthesized beats and chorus-drenched guitars to craft driving, futuristic alternative rock anthems that echo the pop sensibilities of their mid-1980s work. The release successfully updated their iconic, minimalist aggression for a modern era.
