Released alongside a companion comic book series and short films, this ambitious concept record marks a shift toward highly accessible, pop-influenced alternative metal. 'The Unforgiving' leans heavily on 1980s hard rock nostalgia and soaring, cinematic choruses led by Sharon den Adel.
