Album Notes & Community Reviews

Operating within the burgeoning Krautfolk movement, 'Bauer Plath' intertwines traditional acoustic balladry with esoteric, mind-expanding arrangements. The duo utilizes a variety of acoustic string instruments and harmoniums to craft a pastoral atmosphere deeply rooted in German counterculture. It remains a notable document of the era's intersection between communal living ideals and eccentric folk composition.
