Trips und Träume

Album Notes & Community Reviews

Recorded for the legendary Ohr label, the second album from the eccentric German duo is a quintessential document of the 'Kosmische Folk' movement. Utilizing a bizarre array of acoustic instruments, kazoos, and tape manipulation, the songs are highly surreal, drug-influenced excursions into pastoral psychedelia. It remains a uniquely bizarre, deeply experimental contrast to the heavy motorik beats typical of the krautrock scene.
